Sean & Lydia Stevenson
Sean & Lydia Stevenson have been married for 27 years. Sean was born and raised in New Mexico, Lydia in Arkansas. They have three daughters: Abby 21, Cara 19 and Rebecca 17. Sean is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Lydia is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR. During seminary, Sean and Lydia were involved in three church planting efforts. After graduating from seminary, Sean and Lydia were commissioned by the North American Mission Board, in the Church Planter Apprentice program. During the following four years, they saw a new, growing church birthed in Ohio which served its community and saw many people come to faith in Christ. In 2002, Sean and Lydia were commissioned as missionaries by International Mission Board and served for 8 years as missionaries in the country of Poland. As a Team Strategy Leader, Sean supervised a large IMB missionary team involved in evangelism, group formation, leadership training and church planting. The Stevenson Family moved to Bozeman, Montana in March, 2011 to start Crossroads Church in joint cooperation with the NAMB, Montana SBC, TSBA, Emmanuel Baptist Church, Billings, MT as well as many other partner churches in TN, FL, GA, MS, OK and TX.
